David Beckham announced on Facebook that he and his wife Victoria Beckham named their new baby - born Sunday morning at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles - September Harper Beckham.
"I feel very proud and happy to announce the birth of our daughter in September Harper Beckham," the star of the football writing. "She weighed 10 oz a healthy 7 pounds and arrived at 7.55 this morning here in Los Angeles."
Number of number seven in the phrase - not to mention the fact that Harper was born in the seventh month, and that David Beckham has met more than one unlucky number 7 when he played for Manchester United - perhaps inspired by their child (spicy) the second girl's name.
In fact, though, I think they took a little advice on "Seinfeld" George Costanza.
